Vacation Incentives USA/Wholesale-Incentives.com has 5 business days to deliver marketable certificates with any and all links in working order to purchaser of certificate rights for said certificates. A refund can be issued if Vacation Incentives USA fails to deliver certificates within said time frame and as described above.
