To redeem the certificate, customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $20.00
processing and handling fee to receive the Membership Benefits Program. The
certificate can also be redeemed online. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate. Within 10 days of redeeming this certificate the customer will receive their membership card and welcome letter giving online access to all the member benefits.
CERTIFICATE DESIGN:
The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when
printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you
place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such
