The Travel Service Center will email your "Welcome Aboard" confirmation of
activation letter to print and keep for your records. This will include
instructions on making your reservation and a copy of the terms and conditions. You
will have 13 months from the printed activation date to book and travel.

A: Your form must be post marked to the indicated address by 30 days from the

Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.
The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11
paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”.
When you place your order you will specify if you would like anything printed
there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address, etc.
You may also choose to leave this area blank.
