We provide a 5 day refund policy. If a refund is
requested within 5 days of your purchase date we
will issue you a refund less a $20 processing and
handling charge for each certificate reprint rights fee
purchased.

Modification of These Terms and Conditions and
Certificate Programs
Vacation Incentives USA reserves the right, without
prior notice, to discontinue, change, modify or amend
any of these terms, conditions, notices and certificate
programs relating to or offered by this web site. The
terms and conditions listed on each certificate are
subject to change without notice. If there is a
discrepancy between a certificate and what is stated
on this websites web page for that certificate; what
is on this websites web page will govern over the
certificate. The certificate holder
is responsible for the terms and conditions as they
apply on the date of redemption.
If a certificate is
redeemed for an offer that is no longer available, then
the certificate will be honored by providing a similar
or alternative offer. No refunds will be provided for
any certificate that is modified or
used improperly.
Per agreements with various
fulfillment centers, market conditions and/or
other factors, Vacation Incentives USA may charge a broker
fee of $5 to $10 when a certificate is redeemed. The
broker fee will represent a portion of
the redemption fee for the certificate being
redeemed (not an additional charge); the remaining portion
of the redemption fee will then be used to complete
the redemption process at the
fulfillment centers website for that certificate.
When Vacation Incentives USA
receives a certificate containing the redeemers
credit card information to be used as payment,
depending on the certificate being redeemed, the
Brokers Fee will be charged by Vacation Incentives
USA and the remaining portion of the redemption fee
will be charged and processed on the website of the
Fulfillment Center for that certificate. Brokers Fees are non-refundable.
Each distributor of the certificates is responsible for
maintaining and delivering accurate, current information
relating to all certificate programs. Each distributor
acknowledges and agrees that it will use and distribute
certificates that are subject to modification or
discontinuation, without prior notice, at any time.
Each distributor hereby waives any and all claims against
Vacation Incentives USA in the event any certificate is
modified or discontinued, and hereby indemnifies and
holds Vacation Incentives USA harmless against any and
all claims of certificate holders.
