The yearly licensing fee allows you the rights to print, personalize,
design and distribute an unlimited number of certificates.

CERTIFICATE DETAILS:

This Bahamas' cruise certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, entitling two adults to a 2-night, round-trip cruise aboard the M/V Regal Empress, from Ft. Lauderdale to Nassau, Bahamas. Aboard ship, recipients will enjoy a comfortable inside stateroom, all meals, live entertainment and shipboard activities. Upgraded rooms and travel options available at additional cost.

Recipient is responsible for actual port charges and government taxes of $59 per person at time of booking. These charges are non-refundable. Rates for third and fourth person in your stateroom, when available, may be purchased at the current cruise line rate. The terms and conditions of Imperial Majesty Cruise Lines’ Standard Contract of Passage apply to the cruise.

Reservations must be booked at least 45 days in advance of travel. Traveler must be 18 years of age or older unless traveling with an adult. Blackout dates may apply during seasonal and Holiday periods. Additional blackout dates may apply and blackout dates are subject to change without notice.

Travelers must have proper documentation. United States citizens need at least one of the following: A) A valid passports. B) An original birth certificate and photo I.D. C) A state-issued certified copy of a birth certificate and photo I.D. D) Original naturalization papers. Proper travel documentation is required at embarkation and throughout the cruise.

It is the guest’s responsibility to have required travel documents available at all times. Guests are advised to check with their proper government authority to determine necessary documents. Guests traveling without proper documents are not permitted to board vessel. All documents must be presented at time of embarkation.

To redeem the Bahamas' cruise certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $30.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online at www.vacationincentivesusa.com/bahamascruise.htm. Simple redemption instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.

CERTIFICATE DESIGN:

The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address etc.

Your certificate has a Gold border. Click here to see a sample of what the certificate looks like. You may choose not to have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or creating your own certificate as long as all of the original language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.

$34.99 annual fee for this certificate includes the following:

· Unlimited Printing of the Certificate: When you purchase this Bahamas' cruise certificate, you will have the ability to print an unlimited number of certificates to hand out to all your customers. The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. You can print the certificates from your home or office computer as often as you want and as many certificates as you need. Or you can just print one certificate and have copies made at a print shop.

· Personalization of Certificate: You can personalize the Bahamas' cruise certificate to include your business name and/or website address. Keeps your company name in front of your customers eyes.
