design and distribute an unlimited number of certificates.

CERTIFICATE DETAILS:

This certificate is redeemable for a reservation form, offering a 4-Day Cruise for two adults (double occupancy required). All the meals and exciting shipboard entertainment are included during these cruises.

* Eastern Caribbean Cruise sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida to Nassau.
* Eastern Caribbean Cruise sailing from the Port of Miami, Florida to Nassau.
* Eastern Baja Cruise sailing from the Port of Los Angeles, California to Ensenada, Mexico.

All reservations must be made at least 60 days in advance of requested travel. You will be required to select two preferred travel dates, with at least 30 days between each date for which you agree to travel. At the time of booking your reservations, a US $249.00 per person, double occupancy, port/service fee, and cruise taxes, for a total reservations payment of $498.00 is required and paid to the fulfillment travel center that will book your reservations.

Accommodations are an entry-level cabin. Upgrades to a more spacious cabin with outstanding ocean views are available for a surcharge at time of booking. Cabins for third or fourth persons, when available, will be based on the published brochure rates from specific cruise lines. Seasonal reservations require applicable surcharges. Reservation requests with less than 60 days notice may be accepted on a space available basis but are subject to a per person surcharge.

Selected sailings are available on a year-round basis, with a surcharge per person for peak season and holiday sailings, where available. The fulfillment travel center that handles the reservations reserves the right to substitute the components of the offered vacation and varied itinerary should circumstances so require. This offer is not valid for group travel.

Passengers must be 21 years of age or older with a valid driver’s license and a major credit card. United States travelers need proof of citizenship and photo I.D. (passport, birth certificate or copy of birth certificate with raised seal). Resident aliens need an Alien Resident Card.

To redeem the certificate, the customer simply mails or faxes it in with a $40.00 processing, postage and handling fee to receive their reservation form. They can also redeem their certificate online at www.vacationincentivesusa.com/oceancruiseforyou.htm. Instructions are clearly printed on each certificate.

CERTIFICATE DESIGN:

The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. Near the top of the certificate it will say “Compliments of”. When you place your order you will specify what you would like to have printed there; such as “Compliments of” your name, business name, web site address etc.

Your certificate has a Gold border. Click here to see a sample of what the certificate looks like. You may choose not to have a border. You also have the option of redesigning or creating your own certificate as long as all of the original language is present and not altered. Certificates with altered terms and/or language will not be honored or redeemed.

The certificate is the size of a standard 8 1/2 by 11 paper when printed. There is no limit on how many certificates you print. You can print the certificates from your home or office computer as often as you want and as many certificates as you need. Or you can just print one certificate and have copies made at a print shop.
